A little bit about me

Welcome to my site,

I am a professional jeweller with 14 years experience working with precious metals.

At the moment most of the designs on the site are Viking and Saxon, covering a period from the 8th century to the 11th century. The majority of the pieces are copies of actual jewellery finds from museums and the remainder are designs of the time from wood or stone placed in the jewellery context.

Commissions are always welcome ( gold, silver etc.). My interests and ability cover every time period, so please don't hesitate to ask for a quote on anything you may require, however out of period it may seem.

All of my pieces are made by me in the U.K. They are either hand forged or cast. Cast pieces are mostly made from metal master models, however sometimes it's more practical to carve the masters from wax.

I am equally happy making and setting a modern diamond ring as i would be authentically casting a bronze age brooch. In the coming year i am hoping to expand my range to cover the Iron age and early medieval periods.
