Buckle and strapend, based on the Viking find of Cronk Moar on the isle of man. These were found with a sword and strap distributor. The buckle plate design is guesswork but is based on the description of the actual one. The chances are the buckle plate was a re purposed piece of metalwork from a horse fitting and features an interlace design. The strapend is typical of the type "F" Hiberno norse strapends and has an engraved design on both sides. Both sides are very similar but have a slightly different interlace pattern. This set is made for a half inch belt and is available in Bronze and tinned Bronze. The pin on the buckle is steel.
comes with all rivets that are needed.
