Ordering
Orders can be made using the paypal shopping cart on the site or you can contact me by email to send out an invoice for cheque payment or bank transfer, mail@danegeld.co.uk.
When the order goes through, you will be sent an email with your order details, if this doesn't happen please inform me and i will let you know if there has been a problem with the payment.

All pieces are made to order and will take 10 to 14 days to be ready to send out. This is a general guideline for most of the items.
Occasionally an item may already be in stock, so it's always worth asking.
Some pieces do require more time to complete if they are complex, require enamelling, gilding etc.
You will be notified at the time of order if it is likely to fall out of the normal timeline.

Shipping
The shipping rates are calculated before checkout and vary depending on country and value of order.
If you want to find out the shipping rate please go through the shopping cart process. You will have the option to cancel the order long before payment needs to be made.

In the UK
All items under £200 are  sent out by recorded delivery mail and orders over £200 will be sent out by next day Special delivery.

Abroad
All items going oversees are sent out by royal mail tracked and signed service where available or just signed in the countries that do not offer a tracked service.
when the order is sent out you will be notified with a tracking number for your package.

Returns
Returns are accepted.  If an item is being returned please inform me by email within one week of receiving the piece.

Repairs
If an item has been bought from me, i am happy to carry out any repairs that may be needed.
On most occasions this will be free of charge and only return post will need to be paid for.
