I am simulating a medieval diamond ring using a rock crystal point. Medieval stone cutting was fairly basic when it came to diamonds and the basic cube of the diamond matrix was generally just cut in half and set. Giving a pyramid shaped stone. This ring has a high setting with a 5mm rock crystal to simulate the diamod.
