Belt plate from the Sutton Hoo sword belt set, gilded brass with resin enamel to simulate the garnets from the original.
The plate is around 5mm thick with a step at each end. Resin inlay along each edge and a geometric cell pattern across the top.
The main plate has a barrel hinge fitting attached with a honeycomb design to the first of the lower mounts and swivel hinge plate attached to the bottom mount.
The top plate dimensions are 52mm x 20mm and the lowest mount is 11mm wide.
The whole plate and hinge are 52mm x 65mm.
Comes with 9 gilded rivets and backplates.
