An Iron age "Buffer torc" based on a terminal from the British Museum. The terminal measures 36mm and features a rippled edge decoration with a raised triskel pattern in the centre. The body of the torc is made from 8mm thick rod. The whole thing is made from brass, with a heavy gold plate. Internal diameter 18cm but can be made to a larger size. Dates from around 150 to 50 BC.
